 Refund/Exchange Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Plezhers.  As part of Plezhers  efforts of providing you with good customer service unfortunately due to the INTIMATE NATURE of the products we sell, we are unable to exchange or return products unless defective. This is for the safety and health of our customers. When these products leave our warehouse they are considered used, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Defective/damaged

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We only exchange with the same  product.  All products are covered by a 90 day warranty.  Defective products will be replaced with the same product within the warranty period only.

If you receive a defective product: Email customer service with your order number and a description of the defect.  Attach a picture/video to the email showing the defect.

Undeliverable Returned Packages

 

We are not responsible for shipments lost due to an incorrect address.  Please verify your address is correct before placing your order.

All undeliverable returned packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover additional & unpaid shipping costs. If an order is returned, we will send a notification by email. We do not refund shipping fees.

 

To complete your return, we require: 

 

  • A receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned products.  Shipping costs are non refundable.

 

NOTE

 

Please make sure when you are ordering that you double check your shipping information. Please make sure that your address is correct.

Please make sure that whatever color/size that you are ordering is correct. Once the order leaves our warehouse, it is considered used and there are no exchanges or refunds.
